PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blurring correction device thinned on a plane perpendicular to an optical axis of the image blurring correction device and having high control positional accuracy in an optical axis direction. SOLUTION: The image blurring correction device is equipped with: a correction optical system; a lens frame to hold the correction optical system; a moving frame to support the lens frame to be displaceable in a first direction on the plane having the optical axis of the correction optical system as a normal; and a second direction guide mechanism to support the moving frame to be displaceable in a second direction different from the first direction on the plane having the optical axis of the correction optical system as the normal. A first direction driving source to drive the lens frame in the first direction is arranged on the lens frame, and a second direction driving source to drive the lens frame in the second direction is arranged on the moving frame.
