<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer head capable of improving printing quality by suppressing a blur of light emission of an organic EL element 3, and improving reliability by securing a light emission lifetime of the organic EL element 3. <P>SOLUTION: The printer head is provided with a light source array including a plurality of the organic EL elements 3 which are aligned and arranged and have a hole injection layer 70 and light emission layer 60 arranged on a surface of a positive electrode 23, and a lens array formed by arranging lens elements for imaging light from the light source array. The hole injection layer 70 contains a metal element same as that of a pixel electrode 23. A problem can be solved by enhancing electric resistance of the hole injection layer 70 by degrading a function of dopant existing in the hole injection layer 70 by positive ions of the metal element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
