<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip type terminal pin capable of providing a high-reliability electrical connection state to a terminal plate with an electrode terminal formation surface of the terminal plate directed to the side opposite to an observation surface of a display device like a terminal plate arranged continuously to a display substrate on the observation surface side. <P>SOLUTION: This clip type terminal pin 30 attached to the terminal plate 12a having electrode terminals 13 formed on one surface thereof includes: a clip part 31 having a back plate 31 facing to an end surface of the terminal plate 12a and a pair of catching pieces 320 and 330 bent to catch the terminal plate 12a from both ends of the back plate; and a leg part pin 32 extracted from the back plate 31 in a direction nearly perpendicular to the electrode terminal formation surface of the terminal plate 12a. In the clip type terminal pin, the leg part pin 32 is formed with a strip-like metal material cut and raised from tip parts of the one-side catching pieces 320 in contact with the side of the terminal plate 12a opposite to the electrode formation surface side to the back plate 310 at a predetermined width from a part of the center thereof, and bent at around 180°with respect to the back plate 310. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
