PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both low ESL and high ESR in a laminated capacitor. SOLUTION: In a capacitor body 8, a first capacitor section 11 and a second capacitor section 12 are arranged so that they are aligned in a lamination direction, and the first capacitor section 11 is positioned at least at one end in the lamination direction, thereby positioning the first capacitor section 11 at a side closer to a packaging surface 25. The number of pairs of third and fourth leading sections for third and fourth internal electrodes 15, 16 constituting a second capacitor section 12 is made to be only one, so that it is made to be smaller than the number of pairs of first and second leading sections 17, 18 for first and second internal electrodes 13, 14 constituting the first capacitor section 11, and the second capacitor section 12 contributes to the high ESR while the first capacitor section 11 contributes to the low ESL.
