PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail address change notification system and a mail address change notification method, capable of performing mail address change notification only to friends or acquaintances of a user. SOLUTION: A change notification mail is transmitted to mail addresses of an address book registered for mail transmission and receipt in a user's communication terminal. According to this, transmission of the change notification mail to junk mail transmitters can be prevented. Further, the user's work burden in mail address change can be also reduced.
