PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven actuator in which eccentric wear does not occur on a sliding part due to a sliding bush following an inclination of a screw shaft of a ball screw. SOLUTION: The motor-driven actuator is equipped with the ball screw 2 in which a nut 3 is rotatably supported to a housing 1, and a motor 5 installed in the housing 1 for rotatingly driving the nut 3. In the housing 1, the pipe-shaped sliding bush 6 is fitted on the inner periphery thereof, in which the inner periphery of the sliding bush 6 slidably fits with the outer periphery of the sliding part 14 provided to the screw shaft 4 of the ball screw 2.
