PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary air supply device for exhaust emission control positively introducing secondary air to an exhaust port by effectively utilizing negative pressure accompanied by the opening/closing of two or more exhaust valves. SOLUTION: In this secondary air supply device for exhaust emission control in a cylinder head 10 provided with at least two exhaust valves 26, the exhaust port 23 introducing exhaust from each exhaust valve 26, a separation bulkhead 23c separating the upstream side of the exhaust port 23 into an upstream side exhaust passage 23a corresponding to each exhaust valve 26, and a secondary air supply passage 81 supplying secondary air to the exhaust port 23, the secondary air supply passage 81 is opened to a downstream side immediately after the separation bulkhead 23c in the exhaust port 23, and is formed in parallel with at least one of exhaust valves 26.
