PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a throttle control device compact by reducing a diameter dimension of a throttle shaft support portion having a seal material. SOLUTION: The throttle control device according to the invention has a throttle valve 24, a throttle shaft 21, the throttle shaft support portion 30 equipped with a throttle shaft support space 32, the seal material 40 sealing between the throttle shaft 21 and the throttle shaft portion 30 and a regulation member 50 attached to an end of the throttle shaft 21 which protrudes from the throttle shaft support portion 30. The seal material 40 is constructed to be received in a gap between an inner peripheral surface of the throttle shaft support space 32 and an outer peripheral surface of the throttle shaft 21 and the regulation member 50 is situated at a position for holding an axial end of the seal material 40 to prevent the seal material 40 from slipping off from the gap.
