PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCV valve properly operating a plunger for controlling a flow rate of blow-by gas. SOLUTION: The PCV valve has a valve body 61 and a plunger 71. The valve body 61 includes a seating face 63. A gas inlet hole 62 opened to the seating face 63 is formed in the valve body 61. The plunger 71 has an end face 73 opposed to the seating face 63. When closing the gas inlet hole 62, the end face 73 of the plunger 71 is in close contact with the seating face 63, and when opening the gas inlet hole 62, the end face 73 of the plunger 71 is moved to be spaced from the seating face 63. A recess part 76 formed in the end face 73 of the plunger 71 is opposed to the gas inlet hole 62. When the end face 73 is in close contact with the seating face 63, at least a part of the recess part 76 is overlapped with the seating face 63. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
