PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device for a vehicle capable of contributing to improvement of engine output while increasing muffling effect. SOLUTION: The exhaust device 20 in which an exhaust pipe 21 extending from the engine opens in a first expansion chamber 26 at the most upstream part of a muffler 22 after passing through a second expansion chamber 27 in an exhaust pipe 21 side of the muffler 22 is provided with a reducing part 41 reducing exhaust passage area at a section facing an inside of the second expansion chamber 27 in a downstream side of the exhaust pipe 21, and is provided with a communication hole having opening area smaller than the exhaust passage area at a section facing an inside of the second expansion chamber right in an upstream side of the reducing part 41 of the exhaust pipe 21.
