PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating floor structure using an impact damper by which sound insulation efficiency is improved effectively, application to an existing floor structure is facilitated, freedom in designing is enhanced, and workability becomes excellent. SOLUTION: In the sound insulating floor structure, the impact damper 5 having a plurality of granular bodies 7 etc. are fitted astride beams 1, 1. Upon fitting, installing pieces 13, 13 extending horizontally from both ends of a damper frame 6 are placed on an upper surface of the beams 1, 1 in a manner that the damper frame 6 of the impact damper 5 is placed down between the beams 1, 1.
