PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overlapping roofing fixture, without losing the connecting/fixing relationship even under a load of a new roof, providing the connecting/fixing relationship unable to engage/disengage in the flowing direction with the fixture and an existing roof, that is, the purlin side, constructible by overlapping and roofing the new roof on the existing roof, and performing such construction by sliding in the direction intersecting with the flowing direction of the roof. SOLUTION: This overlapping roofing fixture 1 is provided for connecting and fixing the overlapping and roofing new roof to the existing roof fixed to a purlin material on the existing roof by a nut threadedly engaged with a screw part on the existing roof, and has a lower installing part 2 installed on the existing roof by sliding in the direction crossing with the flowing direction and an upper installing part 3 for installing the new roof. An insertion groove 5 is arranged toward the other side edge side from an opening part 4 on one edge in the flowing direction of the existing roof in the lower installing part 2.
