摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular automatic braking controller capable of avoiding enlargement billiard accident and reducing impact received by an own vehicle by rear-end collision of the following vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicular automatic braking controller is provided with a transmission/receiving antenna 8 for inter-vehicle communication receiving a rear-end collision generation to the first following vehicle C by the second following vehicle or a rear-end collision prediction signal when a preceding vehicle A is positioned at a front side of the own vehicle B and the first following vehicle C is positioned at a rear side and when the first following vehicle C is further made to rear-end collision by the second following vehicle D traveling from the rear side; a vehicle speed sensor 2 for detecting a vehicle speed of the own vehicle B; and ECU 6 for controlling a braking pressure of the own vehicle B. When the ECU 6 receives generation of the rear-end collision to the first following vehicle C or the rear-end collision prediction signal and the vehicle speed of the own vehicle B is a reference speed or lower, the ECU raises the brake pressure to a first pressure. After the rear-end collision of the own vehicle B, when the brake pressure reduction condition is materialized, the brake pressure is reduced to a second pressure and when the brake pressure re-raising condition is materialized, the brake pressure is re-raised to the first pressure.
