PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a pair of brackets 11, 12 and a center bearing support 1 in an assembly state without welding the brackets 11, 12 to each other in a mounting structure of the center bearing support 1 which keeps the center bearing support 1 having a support rubber 4 sandwiched by the brackets 11, 12 and the brackets 11, 12 bolted to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: Besides including hole-shaped engagement parts 11e, 12e in brackets 11, 12, a projected engagement part 4e is provided to a support rubber 4. When holding a center bearing support 1 by the brackets 11, 12, the projected engagement part 4e is fitted in the hole-shaped engagement parts 11e, 12e.
