PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training system having a training machine which can cause an actual load to approximately agree with a target load. SOLUTION: This training system has a control device 1 producing a target load for a trainee and a training machine 2 generating a load based on the target load. A load controller 13 fixed in the control device 1 sends electric current information which makes a valuable-load-generating means generate a load obtained by reducing a resistant force caused by the mechanism of the training machine from the target load on the basis of a value estimated by a disturbance-estimating mechanism 133 and a force sense-estimating mechanism 135.
