Thereafter, a whole-body joint image generation part 5J generates the whole-body joint image of the specific person in series, and a joint section extent of movement judgment part 5K judges the excess or deficiency of the extent of movement for each joint section at each part of the body of the specific person. Then, a message output part 5L outputs a message advising the specific person of the deficiency or excess of the extent of movement according to the result of the judgment to a speaker 7 and a display 2 to transmit the message to the specific person.
