PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary cigarette case which has a simple structure, can easily be operated, can duplicatively be utilized, and can automatically put out cigarettes, and from which the cigarettes can easily be taken out. SOLUTION: The case has a bottom panel 1 and an upper lid 2, and one of the bottom panel 1 and the upper lid 2 is fixed with metal fittings. Therefore, the case can be opened or closed. The upper lid 1 has a structure comprising an inner plate and an outer plate, and an automatic cigarette takeout mechanism is disposed between the inner plate and the outer plate. The automatic cigarette takeout mechanism has a main interlock plate and a sub-interlock plate, which are upward or downward moved to interlockingly move a lever, an interlocking button, and a cover 54 of a cigarette exit 11 to take out the cigarette. The cigarette case can conveniently be opened or closed. Since the automatic cigarette takeout mechanism is disposed, the cigarettes can separately be taken out from the case.
