An exhaust manifold (2a), a high pressure turbine (4a) of the turbocharger (4) and a low pressure turbine (3a) of the turbocharger (3) are connected with each other. The exhaust manifold is connected with a high pressure turbine (5a) of the turbocharger (5). The high pressure turbine (5a) and the low pressure turbine are connected with each other.
