<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely control the drive of an electrooptical element by electric drive and reduce the number of constituent elements. <P>SOLUTION: In an electronic device, a conversion transistor 12 comprising a diode connected transistor is inserted between a drive power source Vx of a data line connecting a pixel circuit 10 between the drive power source Vx and a driver 4a, and the pixel circuit 10. The electronic device is composed of a drive transistor composing each pixel circuit of the conversion transistor 12 and a current mirror circuit by using the conversion transistor 12 as a common transistor by each pixel circuit 10, a control transistor for switching on and off connection of the conversion transistor 12 and the drive transistor by being driven by a scanning driver 4, and a capacity element for holding a voltage applied on a gate of the drive transistor by the control transistor.
