<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force control device for a vehicle, more properly controlling shifting of a transmission. <P>SOLUTION: This driving force control device for a vehicle controls the driving force of a vehicle driving unit including a driving source other than an internal combustion engine having a motor and a transmission for changing the speed of the output from the driving source.
