<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an unnatural screen display due to a positional detection error, by continuously varying a movement of an operator on the screen and limiting its movement speed in consideration of the positional detection error. <P>SOLUTION: A position detecting system is equipped with: a communication control section 11 for communicating with a monitor terminal 3; and a control section 12 which determines the closest point to the current display position as a position estimated at this time on the circumference of an error distribution circle, if the difference between a position calculated at this time and the current display position is larger than a positional detection allowable error, then determines a point as the position estimated at this time obtained by internally dividing the distance between the position calculated at this time and the current display position at a prescribed ratio, if the difference between the position calculated at this time and the current display position is smaller than the positional detection allowable error, further divides the distance between the current display position and the position calculated at this time into a prescribed number of parts, and induces the monitor terminal side to display them on a screen smoothly at every refresh rate of the screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
