<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display advertisement information which suits user's position with the broadcasting contents, at viewing and listening of data broadcasting. <P>SOLUTION: If a mobile terminal 10 transmits a terminal ID and a function range condition following a data display control signal included in the received broadcasting data of data broadcasting, and requests the advertisement information to an advertisement management server 30, the advertisement management server 30 inquires about the position of the mobile terminal 10 to a GPS server 20. The advertisement server 30 selects and transmits local advertisement information according to the position of the mobile terminal 10.
