PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an aperture ratio from decreasing owing to arrangement of a contact by arranging the contact on a second control line. SOLUTION: In an organic EL display panel, a semiconductor layer SCL2 of a driving control TFT 30 is connected to a wiring line 54 through a contact CT7. Further, the wiring line 54 is connected to the anode of an organic EL element through a contact CT8. Then the contact CT8 is located right above a control line RST2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
