PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system and information providing server, using broadcasting, in which information can be easily and efficiently transmitted and provided by merging a plurality of media of broadcast and communication or the like. SOLUTION: An information transmitter terminal device provides information to a server via a network, and the server registers the information provided from the information transmitter terminal device and provides information to a broadcasting station terminal device of a broadcasting station in an area to which an information transmitter belongs, based on the registered information. The broadcasting station terminal device displays the information provided from the server, selects information in response to a predetermined operation which is performed when introducing the information in a broadcast, notifies the server about that the information is to be introduced, and discloses the information to be introduced in the broadcasting for a predetermined time in response to the notification about the introduction of the information from the broadcasting station terminal device, and an information recipient terminal device accesses the server within the predetermined time to acquire the broadcasting information.
