PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively connect even a connection terminal on which an authentication function is not mounted to a desired VLAN without concentrating connection onto one VLAN. SOLUTION: When a connection terminal 1 is connected to a LAN switch 2 by a particular connection pattern, a terminal information collection section 3-2 particularizes a network to be connected on the basis of an IP address and registers a VLAN ID of the network and a MAC address of the connection terminal 1 to a switch information table 3-7-1. Thereafter, when the connection terminal 1 is connected to the LAN switch 2, a collation section 3-4 collates the connection terminal 1 on the basis of the MAC address of the connection terminal 1, and a switch control section 3-5 connects the connection terminal 1 to a designated VLAN on the basis of the IP address of the LAN switch 2, a switch port number, and the VLAN ID which are already registered.
