PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a recirculation flow rate, in a BWR not using a recirculation pump or a reactor internal pump. SOLUTION: At least two kinds of feed water injectors 10, 12 having different directions of blowout holes are installed in a reactor 1, and the ratio of each feed water flow rate supplied to the feed water injectors 10, 12 is controlled, to thereby control the recirculation flow rate in the reactor 1.
