PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a waterproof pan allowing a bathroom to be easily constructed in an optional position of a living room while ensuring the support the strength of a waterproof pan. SOLUTION: The structure of the waterproof pan 5 installed in an opening 1a formed in living room floor backing 1 has a wall panel placing surface 5b at the outer peripheral part of the waterproof pan 5, and a base frame B placed on the living room floor backing 1 to erect a partition wall 7 is connected to the outside of the wall panel placing surface 5b integrally with or independently of the waterproof pan 5.
