PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an harmless device and a shutter capable of safely and positively completing gravity falling in case of a fire. SOLUTION: The gravity falling shutter is constituted to continuously supply electricity from an interlocking controller 9 to an automatic closing device 7 constituting the harmless device or to comprise a capacitor and a charging device for the capacitor and to supply electricity from the capacitor to the automatic closing device 7.
