PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column base fixture, a column base fixing structure and a column base fixing method, capable of restricting the horizontal movement of a building in an earthquake, when a column base is not fixed to the ground. SOLUTION: This column base fixture 1 is composed of a vertical load temporary receiving body 4 detachably installed on the leg part side of a column 2 and constituted so as to transmit a vertical load from its column to the ground 3, and a vertical load support body 5 arranged between a cut surface and a ground surface after cutting a leg part of the column 2 and constituted so as to transmit the vertical load from the column to the ground 3 by receiving the vertical load from the vertical load temporary receiving body 4.
