A boundary block of a flower bed which is made of synthetic resin, conveniently connected by a connecting device and supplies water to plants in the flower bed by placing a water tank inside the boundary block is provided. The boundary block is convenient to use, carry or transport, has enhanced aesthetic properties and maintains the initial installation state without movement. A boundary block(2) of a flower bed has a pattern part(3) with a three-dimensional pattern exposed on the outer surface of the boundary block and an inner space part(4) opened at the lower part. The boundary block is made of synthetic resin and connected to an adjacent boundary block through the intermediation of a connecting device(10). A water tank is installed inside the boundary block; a hole is made on the wall surface of a flower bed side of the boundary block to supply water in the water tank to plants in the flower bed. A water supply tube is extendedly installed inside soil of the flower bed to supply water to plants through the hole. Prior to installation of the connecting device, bottom paper is placed on the ground.
