<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust roller bearing using a roller having a short full length, preventing the roller from dropping from a cage, and improving bearing lubricity and strength of the cage at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This thrust roller bearing includes: the cage 2 formed of one sheet annular plate having a crank-like bent part 4 in the radial midway thereof, which is projected to one side and the other side in the direction of thickness and having substantially rectangular pockets 5 formed by punching a plurality of parts in the circumferential direction; and a plurality of rollers stored in the respective pockets of the cage, wherein in the inner peripheral surface forming the pockets 5, the radial inner wall surface is used as a roller end face guide surface, and an outer diameter side projecting part 4a projecting to one side in the thickness direction of the cage and the top side surface of the inner diameter side projecting part 4b projecting to the other side in the thickness direction of the cage in the crank-like bent part 4 respectively located on both sides in the circumferential direction of each pocket 5 are provided with holding claws 7a, 7b projected toward the inside of the pocket 5 to hold the outer peripheral surface of the roller 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
