<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve picture quality defects such as a luminance inclination and a smear by reducing the wiring resistance of a power supply bus wiring line supplying electric power to an organic EL element. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of pixels 22 arranged in a matrix are connected to a plurality of power lines 23, which are connected to the power supply bus wiring line 24. Both ends of the power supply bus wiring line 24 are connected to a power source section 25 through an FPC 16. The electric power is supplied from the power source section 25 to both the ends of the power supply bus wiring line 24, and thus the wiring resistance of the power supply bus wiring line is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
