<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inject smoothly support precursor liquid, and to form an excellent support without distortion of a boundary between separated gel and enriched gel after injection, concerning a cassette constituted by combining two substrates comprising a synthetic resin. <P>SOLUTION: In this cassette for electrophoresis constituted by combining two substrates comprising the synthetic resin and having a cavity for forming the support inside, an anchor coat layer 12 is provided on the surface in contact with the support on the substrate 11, and an SiOx film 13 is provided thereon. The contact angle of the SiOx film 13 to water is set at 30 degrees or lower, preferably at 10 degrees or lower.
