<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness clamp capable of making a harness generate appropriate tension. <P>SOLUTION: The harness clamp 3 is provided with a fixing part 4 fixed on a roof interior material 1, a plurality of ribs 5 formed on the fixing part 4 and a cover 6 coverable on the fixation part 4. After a wiring harness WR is positioned between some of the ribs 5 and placed on the fixing part 4 while being pulled to the face direction of the roof interior material 1, the fixing part 4 is covered with the cover 6. Then, the ribs 5 are pressed by the cover 6 and tilted so as to press the wiring harness WR in its lateral direction.
