<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient VBR sending out of data broadcasting independently without requiring a host controller. <P>SOLUTION: An FRAM 15 is provided in a VBR sending out device 100 and the value of operation parameters for specifying an arbitrary number of ES becoming the object of sending out among inputted TS is prestored. Under control of a control section 11, an input processing section 12 takes out a TS packet constituting each ES from the inputted TS based on the value of operation parameters stored in the FRAM 15, and detects input/noninput of the TS packet constituting each ES. Based on the detection results, the control section 11 controls an output processing section 14 to start sending out of TS packet of that ES if input of TS packet constituting the ES is detected otherwise stops sending out of TS packet of that ES and updates the sending out rate based on the number of ES for sending out the TS packet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
