PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade for an electrophotographic copying machine having superior durability and demonstrating superior toner scraping property, without relying on the temperature environment. SOLUTION: The cleaning blade consists of a polyurethane cured body 1 wherein pores of 0.1 to 0.5 mm diameter in mean size are formed of air bubbles 5 (or hollow fillers); and at least a sliding contact part 3 which is in the outer circumference of the cured body 1 and comes into sliding contact with at least an opposite member (photosensitive drum etc.) is formed in a porous skin layer 4, and the pores are dispersed in parts other than the skin layer 4.
