PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic smear wiping inspection device having a simple structure, excellent operability, and high wiping efficiency of various waste blocks. SOLUTION: This smear wiping inspection device 10 has a rotating table 12 capable of grasping a wiping object 11 on the table; an arm mechanism 20; an actuator 19 comprising an elastic cylindrical body fixed to the tip part of the arm mechanism 20; a wiping body holding appliance 18 fixed to the tip part of the actuator 19, capable of holding a wiping body 17; and the wiping body 17 grasped by the wiping body holding appliance 18. The actuator 19 equipped with a plurality of pressure chambers partitioned by an internal bulkhead extended in the axial direction, and a wire rod 58 arranged in the axial direction, for holding the length in the axial direction, can be moved by adjusting each pressure in each pressure chamber.
