Provided is a piezoelectric actuator or the like which can efficiently transmit oscillation between an object (for instance, an electronic device case) and a piezoelectric ceramic oscillator. A piezoelectric actuator (50A) is provided with a piezoelectric ceramic oscillator (15) and a holder (12) for holding the end section of the oscillator, and functions as, for instance, a vibrator, by propagating flexural oscillation of the oscillator (15) through the holder (12) to an elastic body (14), i.e., the object. An auxiliary holder (13) is arranged between the oscillator (15) and the elastic body (14), and a part of the flexural oscillation of the oscillator (15) is propagated to the elastic body (14) through the auxiliary holder.
