An assembling structure of a reverse idler shaft is provided to simplify an assembling process and to reduce a manufacturing cost by fixing a reverse idler shaft and a clutch housing without using a bolt. An assembling structure of a reverse idler shaft includes a clutch housing(107), a reverse idler shaft(103), and a fixing unit. The reverse idler shaft is inserted into the clutch housing. The fixing unit is directly fixed to the reverse idler shaft and the clutch housing. The reverse idler shaft and the clutch housing are coupled by the fixing unit using a screw coupling method. In the fixing unit, a thread is formed on one end of the reverse idler shaft and a screw groove is formed on the clutch housing. A stopper is formed at the other end of the reverse idler shaft in order to suppress ejection of a reverse idler gear.
