PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that enables reduction in an axial dimension by shortening a rotor shaft. SOLUTION: An armature iron core 201 includes a bearing holding hole H2, that has an inner peripheral face sharing the central axial-line with the armature iron core 201 constituting a rotor and is opened at the side of a bottom wall part of a stator case 101. An outer ring of a rear bearing 4, supporting the rotor 2, is press-fitted into the inner periphery of the bearing holding hole H2 of the armature iron core. An inner ring of the rear bearing is fitted to the outer periphery of a bearing holding part 101c, provided to the bottom wall part of the stator case 101. The rotor shaft 203 is connected to the armature iron core, while being press-fitted into a shaft through-hole H1 provided at the axial center part of the armature iron core 201. The rotor shaft 203 is supported to an end cover 103 via a front bearing 3, while being press-fitted in the inner ring of the front bearing 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
