PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can easily increase an output torque without enlargement of the size. SOLUTION: This motor 1 has a magnet which is fixed to a shaft 3 and a stator 5 which is arranged to surround the magnet 3. The stator 5 has the first phase coil group 14 where the first flat air-core coils 15A-15H having air-gaps S at the centers are connected serially in plural numbers, and the second phase coil group 16 where the second flat air-gap coils 17 having air-gaps S at the centers are connected serially in plural numbers. For the first phase coil group 14 and the second phase coil group 16, the first air-core coils 15A-15H and the second air-core coils 17A-17H lie one upon another while being slid alternately in its circumferential direction. The first fellow adjacent air-core coils 15 line one upon another so that the directions of current application may be the same across the air-gap S of the second air-core coil 17. The second fellow adjacent air-core coils 17 lie one upon another so that the directions of current application may be the same across the air-gap S of the first air-core coil.
