PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric power generating device in which the quantity of power generation can be prevented from deteriorating due to deformation. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric power generating device 3 comprises, a plurality of heat exchange members 22, 23 and 24 having endothermic fins 22c, 23c and 24c for collecting heat from a heating medium and the case portions 22b, 23b and 24b of the endothermic fins and arranged in the flow direction of the heating medium, a thermoelectric power generating section 40 for generating power by utilizing the heat collected by the heat exchange members, a first fixing member 21 arranged on the upstream side of the heating medium in the flow direction for the plurality of heat exchange members, a second fixing member 25 arranged on the downstream side of the heating medium in the flow direction for the plurality of heat exchange members, and fixing means 27 and 30 for making the first fixing member and the second fixing member press the heat exchange members.
