PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a correction value of an image suitable for each of frame images. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an image processing apparatus 10 which performs correction processing on a moving image including a plurality of frame images, comprising a detection unit 120 for detecting the break of scenes of the moving image, a correction value determination unit 110 for determining, for each of the plurality of frame images, a correction value for image processing for each frame image based on the break of scenes detected by the detection unit 120, and a correction unit 130 for correcting the moving image for each frame image based on the correction value determined by the correction value determination unit 110.
