PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination type resonator and a filter which can obtain downsizing and a low loss, and which can transmit a balance signal in a state with a good balance characteristic. SOLUTION: A pair of 1/4 wavelength resonators 10 and 20 inter-digitally combined are provided. One 1/4 wavelength resonator 10 is composed of a plurality of conductor lines 11, 12, ... 1n lamination arranged so as to COM-line-combine. By lamination arrangement so as to COM-line-combine a plurality of conductor lines 11, 12, ... 1n, the conductor thickness of one 1/4 wavelength resonator 10 becomes virtually thick, so that a conductor loss is reduced. Similarly, since the other 1/4 wavelength resonator 20 is composed of a plurality of conductor lines 21, 22, ... 2n COM-line-combined, the conductor thickness of the other 1/4 wavelength resonator 20 is virtually increased, so that the conductor loss is reduced.
