PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve layout of a wiring pattern so that the noise invaded in a circuit from an input terminal is effectively removed by a noise removing capacitor. SOLUTION: A bending angleθ1 from a wiring pattern 2b-1 just front of a branch point X until a wiring pattern 2b-2 reaching to a signal processing circuit is set as a roughly right angle or an acute angle. Bending anglesθ2,θ3 of all of wiring patterns 2b-4, 2b-5 among wiring patterns from a wiring pattern 2b-3 just rear of the branch point X until a wiring pattern reaching to the noise removing capacitor among wiring patterns from the branch point X reaching to the noise removing capacitor are set as obtuse angles.
