PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely archive transmitted/received data. SOLUTION: Transmitted/received data are stored in a communication memory, while attaching the data of an archive destination thereto, and the stored data are then transmitted to the archive destination and deleted from the communication memory, if the transfer is successful. If archiving fails, the number of times of failures is counted; and after standing-by for predetermined time, the data are retransmitted.
