PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select the optimum combination of antennas by considering a factor except fading correlation in a MIMO system. SOLUTION: A control means 303 considers information on the ratio of a signal to interference noise, delay spread information, or information on the number of conditions of a propagation path matrix in the MIMO communication in addition to space fading correlation information for determining the combination of at least two antenna means in the antenna means 301-1 to 301-P.
