PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator for work capable of increasing a carrying quantity. SOLUTION: This elevator 10 for work has a carrying part 30. The carrying part 30 has a first carrier 80 regulating a first storage space R1 inside and forming a first carrying-in- and-out opening part 85, and a second carrier 90 connected to the first carrier 80, that is, the second carrier 90 separated from the first storage space R1 by a ceiling part 82 of the first carrier 80 and regulating a second storage space R2 inside. The first carrier is provided with door members 86 and 87 openably-closably covering the first carrying-in-and-out opening part 85 and a first operation panel 120 operated when opening and closing the door members 86 and 87.
