PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional storage system performs a received I/O command immediately prioritizing a response time. SOLUTION: The storage system that is connected to a network and executes an I/O command received from one or more host computers through the network retains the determination information in which a predetermined condition is set, and, when it receives the I/O command, determines whether the received I/O command satisfies the predetermined condition or not based on the determination information. It accumulates a plurality of I/O commands that satisfy the predetermined condition, rearranges the accumulated plurality of I/O commands, and executes the accumulated plurality of I/O commands in the order in which they have been rearranged.
