摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-node computer system capable of eliminating the need of reexecuting a multi-node JOB by a user when switching of an IXS (Internode Crossbar Switch) occurs. SOLUTION: An integrated SVP (SerVice Processor) 2 switches the states of an IXS (#0) 40 and an IXS (#1) 41 to maintain them when a correctable failure occurs in the IXS (#0) 40 of an active system. The integrated SVP 2 performs the switching of an active system/standby system of the IXS (#0) 40 and the IXS (#1) 41 by two-stage state change which once changes from the state of an "active system/standby system" to the state of an "active system/active system" through nodes SVP (#0 to #n) 10 to 1n and subsequently changes to the state of a "standby system/active system".
